Plans and billing
Mabel is priced per site. Each site has its own plan, so you can keep sites in build on Free, put live client sites on Pro, and move a busy one to Power.
What each plan includes
| Free | Pro | Power | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $5 per site, per month | $15 per site, per month |
| Editors | 3 | 5 | 25 |
| Form submissions a month | 50 | 1,000 | 25,000 |
| Submissions kept for | 30 days | 12 months | 3 years |
| Form file uploads | Not included | 10 MB per file, 1 GB per site | 25 MB per file, 20 GB per site |
| Webhooks | Not included | Included | Included |
Posts, pages, data files and images live in your own repository, so they are not limited by your plan. Free also includes private and public repositories.
Your account can have up to two sites on Free. A site’s plan only affects that site, and editors are counted across the account (see Team and access).
Submission limits
When a site reaches its monthly form submission limit, the form endpoint answers new submissions with a 402 error until the next month or until you upgrade the site. Submissions already received are not affected.
Retention
Submissions are deleted automatically once they are older than the retention period for the site’s plan. If you need to keep them, use a webhook to send them to your own system, or move the site to a plan with a longer period.
Change a site’s plan
Plans for existing sites are changed on the Billing page. Only the account Owner can see it.
- Moving a site to a paid plan adds it to your subscription, with the cost prorated onto your next invoice.
- Your first paid plan goes through a checkout page, where you enter payment details.
- Invoices and payment method opens the billing portal, where you update your card and download invoices.
When you create a new site you choose its plan at the same time.
Hosting
Mabel does not host your site. Host it free on Netlify, Cloudflare Pages or GitHub Pages. Mabel is the only bill.
